Venkat was associated in Management and Top Management positions in various top notch MNCs Including Amercan Megatrends based at Atlanta US, and CSS Corp(Erstwhile Cybernet Software Systems) from Sanjose US. He was one of the leadership member of Williams lea India which is the Subsidiary of Williams Lea UK a Deutche Post Group Co , a KPO offering outsourced and Captive Services for worlds top most Investment Banks like Merril Lynch , Deutche Bank etc.
He is an MBA and carries experience and expertise in Software, ITES, Advertising, Healthcare,Hospitality, Manufacturing to name a few.

Lakshmi is a qualified CMA and carries with her more than 15 years of experience in areas of Finance , Accounts, Costing and Business Consulting.
Before co founding Golden Triangle Lakshmi was associated with leading Software Multinationals including Sella Synergy India Ltd a Subsidiary of Banca Sella a leading Italian Bank and heading Finance and Accounts.
She moved on to a Singapore based Software Multinational Product Co Eutech Group to head Finance.
In Golden Triangle BES she heads Finance, Accounts , Costing and allied Consulting Division.
